For example, graphene is reported to exhibit extremely high thermal conductivity and is expected to be widely used in thermal management. In our laboratory, we attend to use advanced thermal characterization techniques and develop novel thermal characterization methods to measure the thermal properties of two-dimensional materials and reveal their heat transfer mechanisms. Using Raman spectroscopy, we can carry out non-contact measurement of thermophysical properties of two-dimensional materials. Utilizing delicate laboratory-made thermal sensors and different measurement modes, we are able to comprehensively extract the thermal, electrical and thermoelectric performance of the two-dimensional materials. Apart from these, based on our world-leading techniques for thermophysical characterization of micro\/nano-scale materials, we are committed to experimentally studying the modulation of the thermophysical properties of two-dimensional materials and unearthing its underlying physical mechanisms to propose innovative strategies for thermophysical property regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.ijheatmasstransfer.2021.121115\" target=\"_blank\">S. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nanoscale observation of the phase interface<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Physics and dynamics at interfaces between different phases are indeed not well understood because it is pretty difficult to experimentally observe them. In our laboratory, to resolve the outstanding interfacial phenomena, we observe the nanoscopic interfacial phenomena by using cutting-edge equipment such as Liquid-phase electron microscopy (LPEM), Atomic force microscopy (AFM), Environmental scanning force microscopy (ESEM), and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acs.langmuir.0c03208\" target=\"_blank\">S.
