This paper presents a resilient and distributed coverage control framework for satellite swarms using local Voronoi feedback. The proposed method enables each satellite to autonomously navigate toward the centroid of its Voronoi region, thereby achieving an optimal spatial configuration based solely on local relative position information. To account for orbital dynamics, the control law is formulated within the Hill–Clohessy–Wiltshire (HCW) framework and implemented using output regulation theory. A correction mechanism is introduced to compensate for the time-varying nature of the Voronoi centroids, resulting in robust tracking performance. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method under various scenarios, including uniform deployment, biased coverage based on spatial density, and reconfiguration following satellite failure. The results highlight the scalability and fault tolerance of the method, making it suitable for long-term autonomous operations in large-scale satellite swarms.
